Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 8–15 days. Remote areas may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 5 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 24. During the holiday season, weather and carrier volume can cause delays.

Multiple items

Items in the same order usually ship together in one package. In some cases they may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email us at fluxmediastudio.contact@gmail.com within 7 days. If you added Shipping Protection, we will reship your order free of charge.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
