Refund policy

30-day returns

Not the right fit? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Holiday returns

Orders placed from November 1 can be returned until January 15, so gifts can be returned after the holidays.

How to start a return

Email us at fluxmediastudio.contact@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No return is needed.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we will reship your order free of charge. Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
